How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery takes 5-15 business days from our warehouse to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
If the product doesn't meet your expectations or you want to cancel your order for any other reason, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can return your item within 14 days of canceling. Once you return the item, we will refund the full amount of your order (including shipping). However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs vary depending on the product and packaging, so please check the shipping company's website for details. If you wish to exercise your right to return the item, please contact us at info@takagi-selects.jp . Once we receive your return notification and confirm that the product is returned in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond the scope of the trial, we may deduct the refund amount. Please handle the product carefully and pack it securely when returning it.
Can I cancel my order?
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept or reject all or any part of your order, even after we receive your order, including after you have received an order confirmation and your credit card has been authorized for the transaction. If your order is canceled, and you have already been charged, we will refund your original payment method.
However, please note that we cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already been packed or shipped.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item ?
If your order contains an incorrect, missing, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide your order number, photos of the items in question, and any other relevant information to expedite the process. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How secure is online ordering?
This website uses SSL encryption technology to safely protect your credit card information. Information entered when placing an order is encrypted by SSL and sent directly to the credit card payment company's network for approval and authentication. Your credit card information is not stored on our server, so you can use our website with peace of mind.
How much is shipping?
Currently, shipping is free within Japan.
Where is my order ?
Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our delivery partner and we will provide you with tracking information.
For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery times, your order may be delivered in multiple parts.
Why isn't my package tracking working?
In some cases, it may take some time for the shipping company to update the location of your package , so please be patient.
What if I want to exchange a product ?
Please contact us at support@takagiselects.jp. However, please note that the cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer.
What should I do if I have entered the wrong shipping address ?
If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by email and we will do our best to change your order .
